With the recent devastating earthquake in Haiti, how many of you have stopped to count your blessings?
When tragedy falls upon our fellow humans we can't help but stop, take a deep breath and say thank you for keeping us safe. Please take a moment from your busy lives and say a prayer for all of those people in Haiti, their relatives and for the thousands of selfless strangers that have given their time to help those in need. Don’t forget to say a simple thank you for keeping you safe during these times. It won’t take much time at all!
It’s the gratitude thing! Does it really take that much time to be grateful? I think not! Not only is it our duty as human beings to have compassion for others but it is also a must for our soul’s journey in our lifetime.
Thank You!

Gratitude!
Gratitude!
Have you really ever experienced Gratitude? When experiencing gratitude you will be able to get in touch with yourself on a deeper level and connect with everything in the universe. When you focus on gratitude there is no room for the ego, therefore the ego will be tossed aside and you can really experience true gratitude. Focus on your heart and for what you are grateful for. When doing this you will really connect with yourself and the universe.
Try making a list of five things you are grateful for every day. Really sit down and write a list of five things that you are grateful for. Trying to list 5 things everyday may be challenging at times but will be rewarding in the end.
I am grateful for the viewers! Hopefully this exercise will open your eyes and your heart.

Give Thanks!
Have you ever stop to think how many times you fold your hands in prayer and ask for help?
Many of us pray for material possessions, we pray for better health, for guidance, and for many other things. Why not just for today, stop, fold your hands and give thanks! Give thanks for your life, for being able to breathe, for family, just give thanks. Try not to ask for things just be thankful for what you have, where you have been, and for what your future holds in store for you.
Make it a point to wake everyday, and go to bed every night with a simple prayer of thanks!
Happy Thanksgiving :)
